patients, innovation, treatment of employees

Cons

roche integration is rocky and unpleasant

Advice to Senior Management

Decision-making was better when GNE was independent. The leadership of Roche seems to value agility, but the middle management are dinosaurs who move at glacier speed, in secret, and with little concern about impact to employees or business.
