    Pros

The companies research and products save lives... They are extremely innovative. The most brilliant group of people I have ever worked with.

    Cons

Constantly striving for innovation caused innovation for innovation's sake. That did not always serve the greater purpose. There was an abundance of achievers and a lack of people who were engaged in doing work. There is an aweful hazing ritual to tear down new talent. It was horrendous to experience and then heart breaking to watch as new people joined the organization.

    Advice to Management

Get a handle on accountability and the multiple levels of delegation that occur. Implement an anti-bullying at work program.
