    Pros

    Many great, capable, intelligent co-workers.
    401k matching
    Medical benefits are very good.
    Dental and other benefits are solid.
    Vacation time is adequate and easy to schedule.

    Cons

    Poor upper management.
    Raises and promotions are more about how long you've been at the company as opposed to how hard you work and your quality of work.
    Consistent layoffs in the last few years.
    Not much upward mobility at the moment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the PC rating system and strive to have more people rated in the upper tiers of the rating system.

    Pros

    Salary, free parking, Starbucks, Scottsdale location, and a credit union inside the building. There are still a few quality people left to work with, although many have left, and many more are planning to leave.

    Cons

    Many organizational checks and balances have been removed leading to poor unilateral decisions which result in a shrinking business base and increasing upper management tiers. There is a lack of candor regarding project status to executive management and customers in order to hide the lack of progress and save face. During the ongoing layoffs there are questionable labor practices in terms of selecting people to layoff.

    Hope the new strategy works, or there won't be anything left of C4S.
