“Ok for some, frustrating for others”
Former Employee – worked at General Mills full-time
Pros – Corporate office has perks like a company store, salon and coffee shop. If you have the right supervisor, it's a great place to work.
Cons – There is a defined ceiling if you you are not on a specific career path and if you have a bad manager...consider yourself stuck.
Advice to Senior Management – Really make sure your managers of people are being good managers.
