Loved working there

Senior Project Manager (Current Employee)
Minneapolis, MN

I have been working at General Mills full-time for more than 10 years

ProsGreat people, very relationship oriented. Great work life balance with very strong support of employee development. Lots of smart people with excellent team spirit.

ConsSlow decision speed, lots of meetings before the meetings to build consensus. Typical career is deep in one function, generally are not open to moving people around unless it is for new college grads going through development programs.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more open to cross functional moves.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
