- company values work/life balance and (at least in IT) schedules are very flexible: more about your results rather than the time you spend in the office
- great benefits
- diversity is valued
- very nurturing culture
Cons – - sometimes slow-moving as is typical for a large company
- minneapolis can be a challenge in the winter
- your impact is sometimes lost in such a big company
