I worked at General Mills part-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

good benefits, great people (not senior management).

Cons

PLT in ABQ very cliquish and non inclusive. Stressed TRUST and team work. The only trust in the building was the placard that said "trust". Managers manage UP very well, but could care less about the people who work for them.
Hard workers are not valued, focus is not on production - but more on the program du jour. CI, Real Time, oh brother. Current plant manager came in five years ago and broke a system that wasn't broken.

value your people, get over yourselves.

    Some people got laid off last summer, don't know details. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about them. I've worked for other companies and you can't beat their culture.
