Pros

good benefits, great people (not senior management).

Cons

PLT in ABQ very cliquish and non inclusive. Stressed TRUST and team work. The only trust in the building was the placard that said "trust". Managers manage UP very well, but could care less about the people who work for them.
Hard workers are not valued, focus is not on production - but more on the program du jour. CI, Real Time, oh brother. Current plant manager came in five years ago and broke a system that wasn't broken.

Advice to Management

value your people, get over yourselves.

    Pros

Opportunity to work with extremely talented people across all functions. Great training ground - company does try hard to bring in external thought leaders. Summer Fridays are great.

    Cons

Many AMMs are stretched way too then - the scope of the AMM desk often includes grunt work and project management that does not allow the head space needed to think creatively about driving the business. I would say Marketing is both sink-or-swim and up-or-out - don't expect any degree of hand-holding coming in even though you know nothing about the role.

    Advice to Management

understand the longer-term implications of low morale among associate-level marketers
