I have been working at General Mills full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Benefits are truly AMAZING!! Paid time off for all Holidays, good 401k matching, Strong community involvement (Mud Volleyball, Family Fair) Best coworkers in the WORLD!!! If it wasn't for my coworkers, i would have been gone years ago! Bonus checks!

    Cons

Jobs can get boring if you have that nonstop drive to keep on learning new positions. and Meetings meetings meetings :/ Now their expecting so much out of their people its getting ridiculous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

TL's somehow get a big head power trips, where they feel they can down talk you, and make you feel like you dont even know your own name, let alone phone number...Maybe TL's need some college courses in business management, instead of having the idea in their head that theyre the boss...
