I worked at General Mills full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Work life balance is great. Generous benefits and vacation policy. Sick days. Annual raise. excellent 401k match at the end of the year.

Cons

Low salaries. Constant change in priorities and territories so you have to start over a lot. Outdated computer equipment to record info.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to sales people who are actually in the stores and see what is going on.
