Lots of holidays. Vehicle discount.

Cons

Political, old-school bureacracy...people only care about looking good in front of upper management. All show, no substance, and upper management doesn't see through it.

A lot of managers set low expectations for their employees (and receive it). Employees who are incompetent or lazy are rarely addressed.

Advice to Senior Management

Give people a chance to perform. Don't assume they need to have 'Manager' or 'Director' in their title to be capable of good-decision making.
