General Motors – “The pay is great but the job is awful”

The pay and the benefits
Cons
Long hours, working afternoon and night shifts, mandatory overtime, lack of communication from upper management, impossible to get get promoted unless you know someone on the inside
Advice to Senior Management
Try giving fair performance reviews and promoting people based on performance
