It is a great historical company. Pay is good in comparison to other companies. There will be a NEW GM!
Cons
We are going bankrupt. The benefits favor hourly. Promotions and movement are on hold due to the current corporate situation.
Advice to Senior Management
Look towards the future, should have a break even point that would be recession proof. Should always have a bottom line and conserve our capital.
