    Pros

Great company background, comparable salary, good location, potential growth opportunities, tuition and relocation benefits are great.

    Cons

Auto market fluctuates with gas prices, team members are paid more overtime than salaried personnel, difficult to develop skills in a U.A.W structured plant.

    Advice to Management

The new products look great, sustain the momentum. Try to provide development opportunities for salaried people.

    Pros

Made real money and lifelong friends. Had the best benefits and plenty of time off.

    Cons

The crooked local union made back door deals and let low life thieves keep their jobs. GM ultimately moved the work we did to Mexico. What a shame. Loved that job.

    Advice to Management

There were some characters for sure as supervisors. Only advice I'd give is keep the ones that treated the good workers like humans, not livestock.
