I have been working at General Motors full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get to work among some of the coolest cars...

    Cons

General Motors does not, and will give annual raises of any type. There is no sense of culture. 'Workplace of Choice' is not valued nor taken seriously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are failing at management, let alone Leadership - and you are years away from Transformational Leadership. 'Workplace of Choice' initiative should be taken seriously, and actioned upon.
