Pros

Outstanding benefits: health insurance and retirement plan. Fascinating work with global reach. Good teamwork, peers willing to work together to solve problems. Top leadership working hard to improve culture.

Cons

Politics in some areas were frustrating. Some managers more focused on keeping their jobs instead of advancing the business. Found some leaders arrogant and condescending.
