    Pros

Many opportunities for personal and professional development. Fast pace and high technology requires someone with great flexibility and learning agility.

    Cons

The company success is based on market share and revenue. However, in tough economic times, some people shouldn't really purchase a new vehicle, but it's necessary to encourage them to do so nonetheless.
