Pros

Close knit community with coworkers in same area. Great way to make connections. Able to speak with leadership and communicate ideas and concerns.

Cons

Overtime is looked down upon since you are supposed to finish work in shift. Very stressful with various projects to complete and customers to assist in one day.

Advice to Management

Hire enough people to carry out the designated projects and expected duties instead of trying to have the employees spread so thin to save money.

    Pros

Lots to learn. Many online and in-class training. Compensation is good, at least begin with. ( Good 401k and health plan) There are some really good people to work with and learn from. Good work/life balance

    Cons

Office culture is more conservative. Not a big support for innovation. Lots of complexity in product design, spent tons of time on tools. Political culture. Managers tend to hold on to the employees and not let move.
