General Motors Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at General Motors

Pros – Atmosphere is great. Great pay and benefits (employee discounts). It also happens to have alot of interesting people and location was great (for me).

Cons – There isnt that much of chance to advance your career. In my case I was not interested that much in work.

Advice to Senior Management – Better opportunity for lower level employees to advance in the company and for better communication between the upper and lower echelons.
