Pros-Benefits are good.
-Salary is above average compared to other companies.
-Work/life balance is attainable.
-New facilities
-Solid company with strong reputation.

Cons-Turnover is very high compared to other groups due to all the listed cons.
-Employee morale is very low.
-Tone at the top environment does not promote collaboration.
-Lack of consistency among middle managers.
-Feedback development is very poor compared to professional benchmarks.
-Managements consistently lacks the skills to professional develop young professionals seen with high turnover.

Advice to Senior ManagementIdentify the causes of the issues and take necessary steps to resolve and improve the overall environment and image of the company.

Pros: The base pay is commensurate with the market and the benefits package is reasonable, but the technology use is at least ten years behind the… Cons: They model used for bonuses and promotion seems to be the buddy system.
