“I can't believe these horrible working conditions exist in this country.”
I have been working at Genesis HealthCare full-time for more than a year
Pros – Other therapists who try to provide decent patient care
Cons – This is absolutely the worst company I've ever worked for. They lie to employees to try to get them to come and work for them and then treat them like slaves. Ethical behavior is discouraged by high productivity standards. PTO days are difficult to get approved unless your productivity stays unreasonably high.
Advice to Senior Management – How do you sleep at night? Your only motivation seems to be power and greed.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
