I worked at Genesis HealthCare full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent experience caring for skilled patients

    Cons

Not sure how a 22 year old with minimal experience can effectively manage a skilled rehab unit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

RNs who want to be treated with respect and work with a manageable caseload will leave almost as soon as you can get them in the door. Why? Because you expect 12 hours of work in 8 hours.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
