    Pros

Continuing Ed resources. They have some very good, dedicated persnnel. Fairly good computerized note program, not too complicated except for the ipods....

    Cons

Too much middle management, non-productive personnel, need to push productive personnel more to make up the productivity. Company seems just too specialized with upper level personnel, those above the rehab manager level, who are good people but are also non-productive and get nice salaries, I'm sure. That leaves the burden of producing on....guess who? Somebody has to bring in the income to pay for anyone in a non-productive position. Plus, the company is just getting too big, they will buy up smaller contract companies

    Advice to Management

Don't grow too fast. Consolodate those non-productive positions. Sell the tiny ipods and get real equipment like more laptops
