Infrastructure changes are constant

Property Manager (Current Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsIn House training and knowledge

ConsInfrastructure changes which affect employers salaries to a considerable decrease in wages.
Expect to be Surprised when working for this company and complaints from other partners who say they do not pay on time
Corporate bullying staff in order to make unrealistic deadlines and extended work hours including weekends and evenings which compromise the work, life, balance of a employer on pittance wages and they avoid operating in a legal compliance way and are profit driven company who exceed a property portfolio of Billions and have groups like investors in people investing in them and have shareholders and they emerged by subsidary groups like pathmeads housing and Sunderland housing and Paddington church housing etc they expect there staff to take a Job on decreased wage cuts of ten thousand plus in a annual salary and refuse redundancy unless they fail the interview and one guy was coached by a forum rep how to fail his interview in order to get his redundancy because he had been working there twenty years and they were demanding him to take a another Job role for ten thousand less and he wanted his redundancy but had to oblige the company policy Of Genesis management and to go through the reapply for his Job and fail the interview to get his redundancy..

Advice to Senior ManagementThey need to sort out the skull duggery of there senior managers ,to which they have now employed Two Head of operations Staff/one Directorate and seven Business managers and 32 service managers..one executive/ too many chiefs and not enough indians and five Directors resigned last year and they were paid out half million during there infrastructures changes in compensation/ they always carry out what they wish and they have the attitude of the Titanic because they believe ,they are unsinkable..they love gloss and brochures and create a veneer and you only know some home truths until you under there regime..matters will get worse for there customers because of incompetences
