    I have been working at Genesis Networks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Great people to work with. Good customer service. Techs go above and beyond to make aure that the customers are happy.

    Cons

    Management is clueless. They make rash decisions without talking to employees that know how things work. Not enough employees to adequately handle workload.

    Listen to your employees.
