    I have been working at Genesys Conferencing full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Genesys acquired my company recently. They were very communicative and made the transition process fairly easy. They also were mindful to map compensation and bonus plans over as tightly as possible.

    Cons

    Not a fan of the Concur system used for expenses and travel booking. It is very dated and not user friendly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you are doing with the open lines of communications, very effective. Would love to see more encouragement to add video to conference calls and meetings to give the remote employees a presence.
