I worked at Genex full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

There are lots of different projects to work on since it is a client based business. This exposes you to many different domains and types of projects, so it's a great place to learn a lot of new things in a short amount of time.

Cons

There are limited growth opportunities and it's tough to maintain a work/life balance.

I have been working at Genex

    Pros

Genex offers a strong work life balance that I believe is extremely difficult to find in the digital agency world.

    Cons

Sometimes it can get quite repetitive in terms of tasks and does not traditionally work with innovative companies that want to push the boundaries in terms of their products, etc.
