I have been working at Genomic Health full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – culture, leadership, truth-seeking, ahead of the curve, giving back to society. Great development programs & healthy work/life balance (work hard, and feel good about what your doing!).
Cons – Cafe food (its gotten a bit better)
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the open-door policy and keep listening to employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
