difficulty in striking a balance between family and work. It realy hurt my first born very badly, in terms of her growing up, she started to speak quite late in comparison to the other kids.

Advice to Senior Management

Please allow your team members to exhaust there leaves else you may end up paying for the leaves accumulated. It is a pressure situation for my fellow managers.
