What you make of it

ProsProject diversity, lots of opportunity to find groups within firm to pursue interests related to design/profession/workplace culture, compensation package

ConsCan get lost/buried within the sheer size of the firm, tendency to get pigeon-holed (for better or worse) based on initial/early impressions

Advice to Senior ManagementCheck-in with your employees in a way that doesn't make it seem like you're being forced to do it because it's company policy or because it's the annual performance review. Give employees an opportunity to get out of their 'niche'.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
