Pros

Great people, no attitudes (that;s hard to find in the architecture industry).
Lots of opportunities to travel.
Pay for overtime.

Cons

Pay structure is not good. They consider your bonuses as part of your salary.
Difficult to advance your career

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do away with bonus system.
As the largest architecture firm in the world your compensation package should be above (not below) the industry average.

Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

    Pros

Professional growth, profit sharing...keep working hard everyone...my balance is growing!

    Cons

Politics, lack of strong upper management in some offices,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire staff that is not qualified, just because they are inexpensive or 'cute'. Senior staff has enough to do without mentoring 1/2 the team. 1 experienced member can handle the work of 3 "newbies".

Lead by example, not just propaganda.
