Over Managed

Senior Designer (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsDecent compension. Need to set your own roles from day one. The more you give this company the more they will take from you.

ConsThe Atlanta Office is way over managed. The senior managment team has very little trust in their staff and treats all employees like children. This in a very depressing place to work. Very hard to advance.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop over managing the staff. This does not "Empower" anyone.
