Fast, furious, but fun.

I have been working at Gensler full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat culture, creative people and lots of awesome design. The clients are top notch and so is the work on all levels.

ConsLots of overtime, though they do pay for it. Bonus days celebration money and extra holiday parties should go into employee compensation instead.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe aware of and give breaks to over-exerted staff. Don't be afraid to set some rules and practice some discipline.

Fast changing culture

Pros: Get to work with some of the best and diverse… Cons: No REAL teamwork , Highly political senior staff , Overworked… Advice to Senior Management: Do you have a plan in place for your Boston office, or is this office just meant to attract projects which are eventually planned/ designed… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
