“Great place to work if you can afford it”
Current Employee – been working at Gentex (Michigan) full-time for less than a year
Pros – awesome people, awesome work environment
Cons – pay is lower than equivalent jobs
Advice to Senior Management – Better communication to support staff is a must. The current influx of inexperienced PSE's being promoted to GL's is troublesome. If they couldn't trace a cord back to the wall what makes them qualified to manage?
