“Good example of corporate America, out for themselves"”
Former Employee – worked at Gentiva full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Easy to get interview, easy to get hired.
Cons – Large corporation, downsized frequently. Longest with the company, first to go. Upper Management not around often. If problems arise, then was expected to figure it out on your own, but then critized for not making right decision.
Advice to Senior Management – Get upper management to listen to advice of knowledgeable workers in system. New graduates with no experience will eventually ruin the business.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
