great staff, benefits, and overall great working environment

primary focus is numbers and meeting those. constant pressure to produce even with not taking primary insurances in area

    I just can't think of any good thing about company.

    Cons

    Horrible management, not compensated for work done, management steals from employees.

    Nurses are locked into job categories; no room for advancement
