    Pros

Nice offices in good locations. They take all kinds of insurances, but no medicaid. Doctors run things like their own offices.

    Cons

The hiring process took waaayyyy too long! They aren't in a hurry to hire, they wait until the last minute to hire you, then rush training. They put too much pressure on selling treatment, and not enough on caring for patients needs.

    Advice to Management

Don't spend weeks and months hiring for offices. Put the focus on treating all applicants, interviewees, and new hires with respect and courtesy. People need jobs, but not everyone needs the corporaTe stuff that goes along with it. Not a member of the BBB...you should be! Put emphasis on people, not just profits. Be respectful and act like professionals.

    Pros

Only pros are that they are being rebranded to SAGE, not Gentle Dental. This means they can open in a new area, and continuously advertise for new employees, with no intention of hiring them!!

    Cons

You interview with them, and then weeks go by with no word at all. Do they really think that employees or potential employees dont need money and can just sit by the phone waiting?! This is very unprofessional and they will end up like other big dental groups with bad reputations for how they treat people. Corporate red tape and nonsense is what it is.

    Advice to Management

Be professional and respond and reply to interviewees and new employees. Be courteous and good to your word. Don't become like the others... Remember...The grass isn't always greener, and you might lose good employees do to poor senior management.
