    -Comprehensive interview process
    -Extensive responsibilities given to interns who seek it
    -Great culture
    -Great learning experience
    -Exposure to several business areas
    -Friendly employees

    Cons

    -Entry level full-time opportunities restricted to Actuarial, IT, and Finance
    -Less entrepreneurial/ culture is less collegiate
    -Insurance industry isn't doing well in general

    Overall, great company to intern at!

    Regular paychecks. Free flu shots. Free parking. Nice computers.

    Cons

    Middle management is rewarded primarily for decisions that negatively impact customers and employees.
    HR is too involved with day-to-day operations decisions.
    Managers/supervisors that live the stated corporate values are treated with contempt.
    Employees cannot trust anything told to them by management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hold middle managers accountable for promises made. Reward and not punish managers/supervisors that live the stated corporate values. Significantly reduce HR's involvement in running operations.
