Promises In Action? Not here.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) San Rafael, CA

ProsRegular paychecks. Free flu shots. Free parking. Nice computers.

ConsMiddle management is rewarded primarily for decisions that negatively impact customers and employees.
HR is too involved with day-to-day operations decisions.
Managers/supervisors that live the stated corporate values are treated with contempt.
Employees cannot trust anything told to them by management.

Advice to Senior ManagementHold middle managers accountable for promises made. Reward and not punish managers/supervisors that live the stated corporate values. Significantly reduce HR's involvement in running operations.
