Current Employee – been working at Genworth Financial
Pros – The Director is nice and the other employees make you feel right at home.
Cons – No room for advancement and they will fire you if you want a raise and hire a new person to train in order to pay less.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit giving false hope to employees that have been here for awhile and quit firing good workers just to save money.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
