“It is an ok place to work at. But not an organized company”
Former Employee – worked at Geokinetics
Pros – Good benefits, flexible hours, casual environment. opportunity for travel.
Cons – Very unorganized in General. A lot of flaws! The company is still a mom and pop shop. Everyone knows everyone because they are either related or friends. Nepotism is noticed!
