    Pros

George Mason University stands behind their motto, "Where Innovation is Tradition". The rapid growth in recent years and increase in prestige presents opportunities for employees to grow and improve processes in a new and up-and-coming environment.

    Cons

Parking is highly competitive, and the quality of benefits tend to drive the overall salary average down. The constant construction can also be an inconvenience.

    Advice to Management

Mason's future will rest on an effective transition from Mr. Mertin's legacy to the next generation of growth and innovation. Mason must shoot for the top 100 ranking and increase alumni contributions.

  2. Good growing University
