    Pros

They understand that your responsibilities as a student (academics, not extracurriculars) come first before the job. Free housing (the main reason why most people take the job)

    Cons

Opening and closing is always a mess, they always try a new method of running things each semester, it just leads to more chaos and confusion among the staff. Different supervisors have different sets of expectations.

    Advice to Management

Have the upper level management (e.g. not resident directors or area coordinators) more involved with the RAs, didn't know any of them as they never interacted with us beyond formal greetings.
