    Benefits package is fantastic, paid time off around the holidays, free classes, lots of opportunities for training, very flexible when it comes to family

    Cons

    Because it is a state entity, processes can be slow

    Pros

    Collegial community. Some new buildings.

    Cons

    Low pay. Benefits not competitive. Too much politics. Moving to a corporate culture. Costs too much to park and no proper facility for public transportation.

    Keep Mason grounded.
