I have been working at George Mason University as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

Worked as a summer term instructor, alright pay, good students. The class size is relatively small, around 10-20 students. The classroom is well equipped.

Cons

Some of the classes have some strange schedules, for example saturday morning classes, or 7pm late classes. If you have the teaching schedule that is normal, then that won't be a problem.
