    Pros

They pay for 96% of two classes per semester... huge benefit. They employ cutting edge cost savings and management techniques throughout the university. They care about their students, about their reputation, and about their legacy improving.

    Cons

Many of the departments have great academics or great fundraisers.. but no good managers. It's hard to work for people who don't give you feedback.

    Advice to Management

Spend more quality time with your employees to develop them into people who are helpful to you -- or give them a mentorship program.
