I worked at George Washington University part-time (less than a year)

Pros

Free housing (during the summer), flexible hours, laid back work environment, supportive management

Cons

The main downside of working for GW is the bureaucracy. As a student employee you at the very bottom of a long food chain. Little room to question irrational decisions feedback can get lost in the mess of hierarchy.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing, but also remember that for students, academics come first.
