Offers good work-life balance, have a fair amount of autonomy. People very helpful and willing to answer your questions whenever you have them.

I have been working at Georgetown University as a contractor

    Pros

It's been an excellent opportunity to meet other TESOL educators and to practice and hone my craft.

    Cons

The recruitment process can take a while, which means you are in doubt about your position until the months before it starts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up, you guys are great. Managing a few hundred fellows in as many locations around the world is no easy task.
