I worked at Georgetown University part-time for more than a year

Pros

The job was convenient and somewhat flexible. I learned clerical skills and had free time to pursue personal interest.

Cons

The pay was not great and the work was not challenging. No one ever gets fired so promotions aren't common.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing really.
