Georgia-Pacific Corporation Facility Manager:   (Current Employee)

Pros

There's a paycheck at the end of every two week stretch you survive.
There are good people to share the misery with.
MBM is a good looking veneer

Cons

Upper management appears to be paralyzed by either fear or lack of "decision rights".
Leadership style has become manage by threat since Koch took over. It's sad to watch.
Bonus structure is an arbitrary pipe dream.

Advice to Senior Management

Value your people. Practice what you preach. Put an end to management by fear. Reward folks for a job well done. Give folks some leeway in how they run their facilities and manage their people, after all that's what you are paying them for. Stop the endless, mind numbing conference calls...Let us get some work done for a change.

Sounds like nothing has changed since I left GP in 1990 for the exact same reasons. Not caused by Koch, has always been like that. Do yourself a favor and start looking for a company that treats people the way they should be treated. They do exist.
