I have been working at Georgia Southern University part-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

It helped to have employment while attending school. The hours were incredibly flexible, and they worked to ensure that you had the time you required to go to class, etc.

Cons

The pay is largely poor. I was unique in that I was a student that was able to make more than minimum wage, which is something that is quite rare. But even for my position and responsibility, I was largely underpaid.
